A strong sense of justice: The young noble believes, perhaps naively, that the evils of this world will not prevail if those contributing to them face justice. People with a valiant heart and desire for a change can and should take action if they have the power. She might take those thoughts very personal...Sheltered life: Living most of her life under the strict tutelage of her aunt, she has little clue on how the world works and is overwhelmingly enthusiast about any little things she finds interesting. Yet, her innocent nature can sometimes make her seem very naïve.Poor sense of orientation: Due to being in her head most of the time, she tends to get lost VERY easily.

Ishgard nobility: Josie from a smaller house that has been serving house Dzemael for generations. Her mother was in a bit of a scandal for having a child outside of the sanctity of marriage with a man of lower rank. The man left the picture long before Ceciliette knew of her pregnancy. Her mother never received any marriage proposal afterward.Scholasticate failing student: If you did had an education at the the Saint Endalim's Scholasticate, you might have seen her among the other students... scribbling in her books or sleeping in them instead of studying. She's also known for skipping classes....Mysterious masked vigilante : You could have encountered her alter ego at night, fighting criminals and saving the innocents of Ishgard!

Kohran: Having tasted the judgement of the other nobles in the past, Josie can't help but feel sympathy for Kohran who is also labelled as an oddball by her peers. The woman has shown her kindness by sharing some of her snacks with her in the past.... Or was she testing them on her... Who know?
Sutsu: Intimidating with a strong personality almost the opposite of Josie, the woman seems to have some spite against the Elezen since the moment they've met in Ishgard. To avoid if possible...
Destillion: Currently her boss, she found Destillion to be a fair and kind man dedicated to his work and the well-being of this Company. If anything, she admires his goal and hopes to not disappoint him.
Nasir: Probably one of the most charming and elegant person she has met in the Company so far. Even if one of his critic might have rubbed the Elezen the wrong way, she felt like she had been unfair to the man and crafted him a gift that she had worked on for many hours to mimic the appearance of the miqo'te's little pet.
Ryland: One of the few members of Ashes she has met when hiring the Company in the past. His good-nature and warmth quickly made her feel comfortable in his presence. Like with Destillion, she wants to stay on Ryland's good side and will follow his lead without hesitation when they're on a mission since he knows what's he doing... Right?
Chiaki: The young noble has found a kindred spirit in the blond Au'ra as they often exchange words on their passion for technology. Both of them are enthousiastic to work on the Magitek Armor given by their old boss and hopefully return the rusted machine to it's previous glory.
Manmi: WIP
"Estelle": A rusted magitek armor now left in the capable hands of the noble woman. More than a machine to her eyes, Estelle as she named it, is a rare opportunity to learn more about imperial technology and possibly, even go beyond it's previous design.
